On a gorgeous autumn day not that long ago, on the outskirts of Melbourne is where the Mumuyo journey begins.

A morning drive with the family to Gippsland. A tiny fruit stand on the side of the road. Baskets of mangoes and bananas, punnets of strawberries and blueberries and bouquets of roses; in the distance, beautiful little calves on the hill munching on grass.

Inspired by the glorious abundance of Aussie fresh produce…an idea was born. Mumuyo is simply yoghurt… reimagined!

From the rolling fields of Gippsland to the quaint laneways of Melbourne, Mumuyo is the new mu-mu on the block and ready to take on the world.

What is Mumuyo? A nutritious, wholesome and natural yoghurt drink blended with your choice of ancient grains, fresh fruits or botanicals. Every single drink is made to order, with the goodness of fresh yoghurt and no crazy additives.

For thousands of years, yoghurt has been the go–to comfort food not only for royalty and the rich but for all of us; the treat on a train-ride home, the lunchbox snack that was sneakily eaten before your sandwiches.

Let’s fast forward to 2020…our founders perfected their product by serving up mini Mumuyo’s to their kids as a nutritional alternative yoghurt drink. Now mini Mumuyo is all “grown up”, tested and loved by adults alike.

OUR DRINKS

All moo, no bull

Our fresh and natural yoghurt is made from cow’s milk sourced from the Gippsland Region in Victoria. It is naturally pot set and strained to give it a smooth and creamy texture.

100% natural, 0% nasties

We use real ingredients that are naturally flavoursome and have inherent health and wellness benefits. We do not use artificial colours, flavourings and preservatives in our drinks. Our yoghurt is high in protein and calcium and also contains aBc probiotics. Our premium grains are carefully selected, freshly prepared and cooked daily in store.

Blended with love

Our naturally nutritious and delightful yoghurt drinks are freshly made daily to order in-store with choices to add ancient grains, fruits or botanicals.

ALLERGEN NOTICE: Our yoghurt is made from cow’s milk and we cannot guarantee our ingredients are free from allergens as they might have been exposed to traces of peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy and egg

OUR INGREDIENTS

ANCIENT GRAINS

Purple rice – has high levels of antioxidants, including anthocyanins, which are antioxidant pigments that give the rice its unusual colour and superior nutritional value. Purple rice is known for many health benefits including boosting eye and heart health and aiding weight loss.

Organic Oats – we use organic whole kernel oat that has been minimally processed to remove its outer husk to preserve all the nutrition. Our oats have been carefully selected, prepared by soaking then slowly simmered for many hours until softened for a hearty and chewy texture.

Jujube – pronounced as “joo-joob” and also known as red or Chinese dates. Used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat insomnia and anxiety. Jujube is rich In Vitamin C and helps to regulate blood pressure and circulation.

Adzuki Beans – these red beans are rich in nutrients, such as fibre, protein and manganese. Adzuki red beans are linked to several health benefits, including weight loss, improved digestion, lower risk of type 2 diabetes and heart disease.

Kanten Jelly – we use agar jelly made from kanten (gelatin made from algae) that contains high fibre and is low in fat. A delicious, refreshing and chewy little treat.

Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast on the go, or a perfect snack to turn to after working up a sweat, our fruity yoghurt drinks can be an easy way to nourish your body with essential nutrients while quenching your thirst. These fruity yoghurt drinks are a great way to add more fruits to your diet – and a healthy way to naturally boost energy. Blended only with natural fruits to retain all its natural goodness and nutrition – “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”. There are no artificial powder, syrup or fruit flavourings used in our drinks.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

Terms and conditions:
1. Loyalty app must be presented in-store to earn stamps.
2. Sign up offer of "30% off first drink" is for a limited time only and is only valid for 4 weeks from sign up.
3. Earn 1 stamp for each full priced drink purchased in-store. Stamp cannot be earned when a reward is claimed.
4. One (1) FREE drink for every 10 stamps is only valid from our standard menu and excludes toppings.
5. One (1) FREE topping on 5th stamp.
6. One (1) FREE drink (from standard menu and excludes toppings) if you sign up to our loyalty program and provide us with your date of birth at least 7 days prior. Birthday reward is only valid for 7 days and ID (with date of birth) needs to be presented in-store to claim.
7. Loyalty stamps and rewards can only be earned and claimed for in-store purchases, and cannot be earned and claimed during sale or in conjunction with any other offers (including university club offers).
8. Loyalty stamps and rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the loyalty program.
9. Mumuyo reserves the right to terminate this loyalty program without further notice.
10. Only one rewards voucher can be claimed per visit. You cannot redeem multiple rewards together.
